One senior team runs the pipeline. Every account. Every tier.
ISOVERTIC was built for companies that sell to a buyer who has to justify the choice: a review board, an investor, a regulator, or a patient. That buyer needs a clear account of what you sell, who it is for, and the proof behind it, so they can explain the choice to their own team. You need the meeting with that buyer. We put the proof on the site and book the meeting on your calendar.
ISOVERTIC is a growth agency. A marketing agency hands you traffic and reports. A web design company hands you a launch. ISOVERTIC is different. One senior team runs the whole pipeline: the site that gets found by the buyer already searching for what you sell, the content they trust, the ads spent only on them, and the outbound that turns a found page into a meeting on your calendar, with tracking that ties each meeting to the page that produced it.
Why the name
Iso means constant. Vertic means the vertical. The name describes a growth line that stays steady and keeps rising, instead of a spike that falls back. The tiers follow that same line. Ground State is where the work starts. Each tier above it adds the next part of the pipeline, and the line keeps rising. Quantum Leap runs the full line, on one brand or several.
What you are buying
You are buying a written method the company runs for you, and the team trained to run it. The work keeps going when one person is in another meeting.
George engineered the method over 30 years of building the systems companies sell through. Kristen wrote it down, trained the team to run it, and built the operation that keeps it consistent on every account. Every engagement runs the same method. You get a website a buyer who is already looking for what you sell can trust, advertising aimed only at those people, and a meeting on your calendar with a written brief for the person who takes the call. The five steps are on the system page.
The method is written down. The team is trained on it. George stays available when a question needs him.
George Stoff, Founder and Lead Engineer
Full-stack engineer with more than 30 years building the systems companies sell through: the websites, the data pipelines that feed outbound, and the ad and content systems on top. He has shipped products of his own and run go-to-market for healthcare, pharma, biotech, medical device, and life sciences companies.
ISOVERTIC is the codified version of that method. George built it, wrote it down, and stays on every account as the standards owner and the escalation path. When the algorithm shifts or a compliance question comes up, you get his engineering judgment. The day-to-day execution runs on the team he trained.
He started ISOVERTIC because every owner he worked with was buying these capabilities in pieces, from vendors who never spoke, and wondering why the pieces never became a pipeline.
Kristen Coughlin, Chief Operating Officer
Trained molecular biologist. Ten years selling translational research products, then institutional operations at the Yale School of Medicine.
She documented George's method, trained the team on it, and built the operation so the same system runs the same way on every account.
The team behind every account
- Content writers. Trained scientists and clinicians on staff who write the articles, newsletters, ad copy, and social posts. Every page a scientist or clinician reads was written by a person who understands the subject, not an AI draft with a human polish.
- Full-stack developers. The engineers who build and maintain your website, the tracking, the forms, and the integrations that connect your site to your CRM.
- Google Ads specialists. The team that plans, launches, and manages your search campaigns and reports cost per booked meeting every month.
- Media buyers. The team that plans and buys streaming TV, cable, broadcast, and radio when the math supports it, and reports on reach and lift.
- Designers. Brand, print, and interface designers who build the site, the ads, the pitch decks, and the collateral your sales team uses.
- Videographers. In-house video production for interviews, product demos, TV creative, and streaming ads.
- Photographers. In-house photography for team pages, product shots, event coverage, and social content.
- Outbound appointment setters. The people who send the emails, make the calls, and book qualified meetings on your calendar, briefed by the same team that built your website.
- Editors and reviewers. Every piece gets an editing pass. A scientist on the team reads life science work before it reaches your medical, legal, and regulatory reviewer.
- Account leads. One senior person owns your account and stays with you across the twelve months. You do not get handed off.
The same senior team runs every tier. Ground State clients get the same people writing their articles and building their site that Quantum Leap clients get. Nothing is subcontracted to a freelancer. If you buy a tier, you get the team.
Who we serve
Healthcare, pharma, biotech, medical devices, and life sciences. Practice groups under HIPAA. Therapeutics companies with a scientific buyer. 510(k) and PMA device companies. Labs selling reagents, antibodies, kits, instruments, mouse models, and diagnostics. Startups that need a pipeline before they can afford a sales team. The industry pages cover how the system flexes for each.
How we work
The founder stays on every account as the standards owner. The same senior team runs Ground State and Quantum Leap; the price buys steps, not a better team.
Pricing is published because our buyer hates a wasted discovery call as much as we do.
Every engagement is a 12-month term, staged as a 3-month foundation into a 9-month growth term. We report leading indicators every 30 days (rankings, impressions, cost per lead, learning-phase status) and review lagging indicators (pipeline and revenue) at 6 and 12 months, tied to your actual sales cycle. Sales cycles in healthcare, biotech, and medtech are often long, so a lead we generate in month 2 may not close until much later. Pipeline and revenue measured before a year are not a fair read of the work. We build the review cadence around that instead of asking you to judge a 12-month system on a 90-day clock.
The website is an asset, not a brochure. Traffic without meetings is a hobby. Numbers beat adjectives. And nobody should need a discovery call to learn a price.
If you know which package you want, start on the pricing page with card or bank debit. No call required. If you would rather talk it through, send us your best-converting landing page URL. In about ten minutes we will tell you what is working, what is not, and whether the fix is the site, the offer, or the follow-up. Sometimes the honest answer is you are already fine, and we are happy to say so and hand you back your afternoon.
