How it works

Six steps. You pick how many we run.

Every ISOVERTIC engagement uses the same system. The tier sets which steps we operate and how deep. Nothing is custom scoped in a proposal you cannot compare, so a Baseline client and a Critical Mass client can read the same page and know what they bought.

  1. 01BUILDThe site, built to convert and be cited
  2. 02RANKContent that wins Google and AI search
  3. 03RUNGoogle Ads to a cost per meeting
  4. 04BUYMedia including streaming and TV
  5. 05BOOKOutbound meetings on your calendar
  6. 06EDUCATEYour team trained, runbooks in your brand

Then the only step left is yours. Close.

Pick a tier and we run the steps in it. Baseline runs step two. Catalyst runs one through three. Kinetic runs everything but TV. Critical Mass runs all of it, per brand. Step six is Protocol: we teach your team the system and hand over the runbooks in your name. The pricing page shows the grid.

What happens in each step

  1. 01 Build

The site is the asset every other step points at. We build on Next.js, server rendered, with schema on every page so Google and AI search can cite it. Catalyst and Kinetic get landing pages inside the ramp. The full website build comes with a 12 month term at every tier, or $15,000 up front month to month.

  2. 02 Rank

Content that answers the questions your buyers type and the questions AI search answers for them. A newsletter, a blog post, and social every month on Baseline, doubled on Catalyst, and a full content system with a YouTube channel on Kinetic. For biotech and healthcare clients, the MLR add on puts a named medical reviewer between draft and publish.

  3. 03 Run

Google Ads managed to a cost per meeting, not a cost per click. One campaign on Catalyst, multiple campaigns with A/B testing on Kinetic, and the search term report read weekly by a person, not a dashboard.

  4. 04 Buy

Streaming and broadcast TV bought in your own accounts, with an exposed versus control measurement plan so you can see whether it moved the number. Critical Mass only, with a $25,000 monthly media minimum.

  5. 05 Book

Outbound sequences, cold calls, and a qualified meeting on your calendar with the objection intelligence fed back into the site and the ads. One seat on Kinetic with a meeting number in writing. Two seats on Critical Mass. Catalyst can add a seat for $4,500 a month.

  6. 06 Educate

Your team, taught the system at your office, with the runbooks rewritten in your brand and licensed to you for internal use. One or two days onsite. Bought on its own as Protocol at $5,000 or $20,000, or added to any tier for $3,500. This is the step for companies that want the system and their own hands on it. Then you close: we book the meeting, brief you, and step out.

AI for automation. Humans for creation.

We use AI where it saves your money and never where it costs your trust. The split is simple and it is the same on every tier.

AI runs

  1. 01Scheduling
  2. 02Deployment
  3. 03Data collection
  4. 04Research
  5. 05Reporting

Faster process, lower cost, and a tier price that starts at $2,500 instead of $8,500.

Humans do

  1. 01Create
  2. 02Design
  3. 03Review
  4. 04Test
  5. 05Engage

Only a human understands another human, and your buyer is one.

You pay for judgment, not for hours spent scheduling posts. Every word a buyer reads, every ad a buyer clicks, and every call a buyer takes was made by a person on your account. The machine moved it into place.

85 percent future. 15 percent past.

Most of a buying decision is about the future: what will my life look like after I buy this. The rest is about the past: track record and performance. We write in that ratio. Every page answers why, then how, then what, and carries the four things a buyer needs before they say yes: facts, trust, something worth reading, and a human behind it.

The 90 day ramp

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

Onboarding, accounts, the MLR or HIPAA gate if your content needs one, and the first content calendar.

  2. Weeks 3 to 6

First publishing cadence live, landing pages and campaigns built, outbound lists and sequences approved.

  3. Weeks 7 to 12

Campaigns optimized weekly, the first meetings booked on Kinetic and above, and a written review at day 90 against the deliverables in your agreement. After the ramp, the engagement runs month to month unless you took a term for the website.

Questions on the process

Up at any time. Down at the end of the ramp or at any month end after it.

The founder and the same senior team on every tier. There is no junior tier of staff behind the lower price. The lower price buys fewer steps, not a different team.

Access to your domain, ad accounts, and CRM, a point of contact who can approve in 48 hours, and, if your content makes clinical claims, a named reviewer with an MD or PhD.
