The 90 day ramp

The first three months of an engagement, with deliverables stated in the agreement and, at Kinetic and above, a monthly meeting number in writing, reviewed on day 90 against actuals.

After the ramp the engagement runs month to month. The ramp is what makes the commitment a decision rather than a renegotiation.
