What stack should a startup website be built on so engineers do not rip it out later?

Next.js with TypeScript, server rendered, on Vercel, with content in typed files or a Postgres database. It is what your first engineering hire already knows, it renders fully for crawlers and AI, and you own the code.

That is the stack every ISOVERTIC build uses. The website build is included on a 12 month term or $15,000 up front, and the repository is yours on day one.
