How do I show pipeline progress to a board before we have a sales team?

With a 90 day ramp that has deliverables in writing: pages live, campaigns running at a stated cost per lead, and at Amplification a report of cost per qualified meeting. Paste the agreement into the board update and report against it monthly.

A board wants the deliverables named before the month starts, and the actual against them. That is why every tier states its deliverables in the agreement and why we publish pricing so the cost line is in the model from day one. We do not promise how many meetings.

Where this lives in the system

Amplification, $10,000 per month on a 12 month term, plus ad spend

The full pipeline: publishing, paid search, outbound, weekly review, and the option to add the compliance stack for regulated buyers.

Pricing is published
