Can we pause the program between funding rounds?

Yes. After the 90 day ramp the engagement is month to month, so a startup can pause between raises and restart without a new contract. The exception is a 12 month term taken to include the website build.

Pausing paid demand is cheap. Pausing content costs more than it saves, because search and AI visibility compound and restart slowly. Most startups keep Baseline running through a raise.
