Is the website build included in the monthly fee?
On a 12 month term, yes, at every tier, along with hosting. Month to month, the build is $15,000 up front. The term also costs what ten months cost month to month, so it is two months free plus the site. You own the code and domain either way.
The build is a full move onto our stack: Next.js, server rendered, schema on every page. If a term ends early, the unbilled balance of the build is due on the final invoice, prorated to the months served.
