Is the website build included in the monthly fee?

Yes, at every tier, along with hosting for the term. Every tier is a 12 month term and the $15,000 build is part of it, starting inside the first 30 days. You own the code and domain.

The build is a full move onto our stack: Next.js, server rendered, schema on every page. If a term ends early, the unbilled balance of the build is due on the final invoice, prorated to the months served.
